From Exhibition Kits through to Bespoke Stands

Exhibition or Event Project Checklist...

We have compliled a breif checklist which will hopefully help with your project, although the list may seem obvious there may be various elements that could remind you if they have been overlooked.

Exhibition in Hall

 

  • Stand / Displays (this is dependent on size, and if it’s just a shell scheme etc.)
  • Electricity (do you require power for lights and or other appliances)
  • Furniture, Shelves, Table and Chairs (somewhere to chat and take notes)
  • Personalised Staff  Clothing (easily spotted and look like a professional team)
  • Large Wall Displays / Visuals / Pull-up Banners, etc.
  • Trolley (to help setup and break down stand to and from your vehicle)
  • Notebooks, Enquiry Forms and Stationery
  • Printed Literature, Brochures, Business Cards, Leaflets, etc.
  • Q&A Training for Staff (so the team can be fully conversant in products /services)
  • A Box of tools, tape, clips, blue tack, stapler, etc. (as you never know!)
  • Promotional Product / Give Away (pens, pads, USB’s, etc.)
  • Refreshments or Confectionery if required (alcohol licenses may be charged)
  • WiFi (if required)

 

Table Top Event

 

  • Table and chairs (are they being provided and what size)
  • Personalised Table Cloth or Table Liner
  • Pull-up Banners or some sort of backdrop if required
  • Products / Samples on display (do you require shelves, display units, etc.)
  • Trolley (to help setup and break down stand to vehicle)
  • Notebook, Enquiry Form and Stationery
  • Printed Literature, Brochures, Business Cards, Leaflets, etc.
  • Q&A Training for Staff (so the team can be fully conversant in products /services)
