Terms & Conditions: Estimates exclude artwork unless stated or is subject to sight if supplied with final responsibility on accuracy resting with the client. All prices are valid for 30 days (this does not include USB prices or constantly changing products) and subject to VAT if applicable, orders may be subject to material cost increase of which is beyond our control. Dependent on complexity of job, orders can be subject to a 5% over or under run which will be charged accordingly.

Samples: Queries regarding samples or delivery should be made immediately. Sample charges are credited if orders are placed within 30 days from quote date or can be credited if returned in good condition within 14 days, return carriage costs rest with the client.

Order Errors: Items ordered in error or in a wrong size/s by the client can often be exchanged within 14 days (subject to manufacturers terms) if returned in the same condition and have not been decorated. There is a 20% of the value of the goods charged to re-stock (this charge is beyond our control) and carriage back to the manufacturer rests with the client. Please Note: Unfortunately items that have allready been decorated can not be returned/exchanged if ordered in error.

Prices: All prices on our website are subject to change due to manufacturing circumstances that are beyond our control.

Payment: All work is payment by pro-forma invoice until an account has been approved and opened. We accept PayPal including most major credit/debit cards however for these services we will have to charge an extra 2.5% to cover these costs.

Products & Textiles: All product and textile manufacturing is beyond our control and as such any quality or sizing issues are controlled by the manufacturer and we would need to take up directly with the manufacturer on the client’s behalf.

Washing and Textile Care: Embroidered garments should be laundered to the garment’s own washing instructions. Printed garments should be washed inside out at 40 degrees in non-biological detergent with like colours. IRON ON REVERSE, do not iron over image/print, do not bleach and DO NOT tumble dry or dry clean.
